STP features SD at REI
The Save the Poles traveling side show and review is on the road again. This times with stops in Berkeley, Corte Madera and Saratoga (REI stores in California).
Last night was the first stop in Berkeley. There was a great crowd with a filled room of over 50 people.
I have to admit I like doing the REI talks. While many of my presentations focus on environmental issues and solutions to Global Warming, I don't always get an opportunity to spend as much time focused on gear.
With a bunch of new Sierra Designs gear in tow, folks were treated to some sneak previews of SD's new 2010 polar gear specially modified for Save the Poles. Its cool stuff.
